My Specialty
How can I help you?
01
Skin Health
The skin is the largest organ in the body. It is made up of three layers, the epidermis, dermis, and the hypodermis, all three of which vary significantly in their anatomy and function. However, without proper nourishment, your skin loses its glow, and reflects your lifestyle. Stress can also worsen breakouts, so prioritize rest and gut health for balanced skin.
02
Gut Health
Your gut has its own complex nervous system, called the "second brain" due to its network of neurons. This "enteric nervous system" (ENS) works with trillions of gut bacteria to not only digest food but also send signals to your brain. These signals can impact your mood, overall health, and even your thinking. So, a happy gut with a healthy balance of bacteria can lead to better digestion, a more positive mood, and sharper thinking!
03
Eating Disorders
Eating disorders can be a tricky one to address. This is because people who suffer from an eating disorder wouldn't recognise it as a disorder. If you are ready to tackle this, I can provide education and support; accountability and motivation; develop healthy eating patterns together with you, as well as combat any food fears you may have.
04
Mental Health
A person's mental health can impact their eating habits and vice versa. The key is to create personalised nutritional plan that considers both mental health and nutritional needs. If you are on medication, there can be side effects that affect nutrient absorption and imbalanced gut microbiome.

“I was thoroughly impressed by the support and education I received from Vivian during our sessions. She is not only very knowledgable about nutrition, but she also listens very carefully to your concerns. Sometimes, that is the difference between a good nutritionist, and a VERY good one."
